HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept payments via multiple methods such as Visa, Amex and MasterCard as well as Shop Pay and Apple Pay. 

I'VE JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Check your inbox. You will receive an email confirming your order is complete from Australia Post or Andreina Bags regarding your delivery with your tracking number upon dispatch. If you have queries about your delivery, please contact us via email info@andreinabags.com or by Whatsapp (0450 010 119) with your tracking and order number.

In case you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. Please note, there can be the occasional transit delays due to COVID-19 which may affect the delivery time frame.

We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 11am AEST (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 11am (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the next business day (so Friday orders after 11am orders go Monday). 

You will receive an email notification from Australia Post or Andreina Bags regarding your delivery with your tracking number upon dispatch. If you have any queries regarding your delivery, please contact us on (0450 010 119) with your tracking and order number. 

WILL I NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?

Our orders are shipped (authority to leave WITHOUT signature) so you do not need to be at home.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email notification from Australia Post or Andreina Bags regarding your delivery with your tracking number upon dispatch. In case you do not receive an email confirmation please check your spam/junk folder.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BAG IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?

We apologise for the inconvenience! Please contact us at info@andreinabags.com with your order number, details and an image of the faulty product. We will take care of it for you straightaway.

We try hard and take care to ensure that products are packed securely to arrive well to your door. As a result, Andreina Bags cannot be held liable for stolen, lost or missing parcels when selecting “Free Shipping (authority to leave WITHOUT signature)”

WHAT ABOUT IF I PUT THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS INFORMATION?

Please verify your shipping details when ordering and select the correct address in the drop down menu. In the event the package comes back to us, we will deliver it again. However, Andreina Bags cannot cover the fee of the resend.

IF MY BAG IS DIRTY - HOW DO I CLEAN IT?

Our bags are machine washable in cold water in delicate cycle with a gentle detergent. Please remove the bottom Velcro insert before washing. The bag will dry in fresh air after 25 mins.

IF MY CLUTCH IS DIRTY - HOW DO I CLEAN IT?
Our clutches are machine washable in cold water in delicate cycle with a gentle detergent. Please close the zipper before washing. The clutch will dry in fresh air after 25 mins.

DO NOT dry-clean, tumble dry or iron any parts of the bag or purse.

Note: Andreina Bags will not be held responsible for damaged caused inside a customer’s washing machine. 

HOW DO I PROTECT MY BAG?

Due to our interlaced handcrafted material please avoid harsh surfaces and sharp objects!
