MINIMUM SPEND

A minimum order spend applies for wholesale orders. All Wholesale orders must be $500.00 or over.

SHIPPING

Shipping is not included in product pricing for wholesale and trade accounts, instead it is calculated and applied to your order before invoicing & payment. For international orders we ship with DHL. You will receive a shipping quote before your order is shipped. In-stock items usually ship the next day with Australia Post. If you place an order that contains both backorder and in-stock products, the order will be split to ship in-stock items immediately, and the rest once the restock arrives. Shipping fees apply to each separate order.

We work with Australia Post and DHL.

Shipping to USA and New Zealand: orders under ($1,000 USD/NZD) do not pay tax duties.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Return of faulty/broken items should occur within 7 days of receiving them. To report a faulty item, please email the details of the damage and an image to contact@andreinabags.com, and quote your invoice number. Non-delivery must be reported immediately.

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We do not accept return of unsold goods or change of mind.

Backorders are not refundable. 

Square fees are not refundable for cancelled orders. 

Andreina Bags products are handmade, therefore some variation between each piece will be evident. Any refunds will be processed only once all goods are returned to us and approved for refund by the team. Freight is not refunded in these cases.

EXCLUSIVITY

Please note as a Andreina Bags stockist you do not automatically receive exclusivity in your area. We endeavour to ensure there is not crossover of specific product lines in your suburb but cannot offer exclusivity of the range when purchasing only from specific categories. Please get in contact if you would like to check on stockists in your area/to request exclusivity of certain product lines you are wishing to stock. These requests are assessed on a case by case basis, in consultation with our sales team.

ORDER DISPATCH

We try to ship your order out as soon as possible. In-stock items will usually ship next day.

PRICES

Prices shown are exclusive of GST, we are a non-GST registered. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our website (www.andreinabags.com). Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale. We kindly request that new collections are not sold below the RRP.

DISTRIBUTION

Andreina Bags products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy, Amazon,etc. Selling Andreina Bags products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance. Products can be sold on a stockist's website only once this product has been ordered directly from us unless special permission is given.

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders are on pre- payment terms. All in-stock items will be immediately shipped out once payment received. We accept VISA and MasterCard,EFTor direct transfer. We do not accept Amex or Paypal for Wholesale and Trade orders. Please state your invoice number as the payment reference when paying via EFT. Custom Orders require a 30% deposit to be paid before commencing work, balance payment is due before despatch plus shipping cost.

PRE-ORDERS

Estimated delivery dates are approximate and for guidance only. We try our best to get your order dispatched to you as soon as possible, but we are sometimes affected by delays outside of our control. We reserve the right to cancel the production of any of the products in our range. If this occurs, the payment received for the cancelled product will be refunded in full to the stockist if applicable.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL

Andreina Bags product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Andreina Bags. As such all products listed for sale online must show our style names and that they are clearly Andreina Bags branded products. Approved Andreina Bags stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the Andreina Bags website for the purpose of promoting the product/s if these products have been purchased directly from Andreina Bags. High- res images are available for download via email request, just get in touch at contact@andreinabags.com for more info/to request images. Please contact us if you are unsure of image usage and we can direct you to our brand guidelines.

AGREEMENT OF TERMS

By placing an order with Andreina Bags you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
