RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to love your bag as much as we loved designing it for you, but we understand that sometimes it may not make you happy.
We can exchange or refund your purchase under the following conditions:
Please note that for international purchases, the order cannot be amended or cancelled once it has been placed.
Andreina Bags will happily refund or exchange your purchase for another colour or style within 15 calendar days after you receive your order under the following conditions:
- The bag must be returned in its original packaging and with the tag
- The bag has not been worn and returned in its original condition
- Any price variation on your new selection will be refunded or a store credit will be issue. If it is greater than the original order, an additional payment will be requested.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
- If the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the cost of the shipping label.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
ORGANISING YOUR EXCHANGE OR REFUND
- Email us at: info@andreinabags.com with your purchase receipt and we will provide a mailing address.
- Once the product is received, our team will confirm receipt of product via email
- Consider using tracked and insured postage, as Andreina Bags is not liable for lost returns.
- Please kindly note, refunds are not applicable to sale items
- To organise a return simply use the original packaging and securely pack the bag (s). Make sure that the old shipping label is covered by the new one and drop it off at the post office.
REFUNDS TIMEFRAME
We will refund your purchase via your original payment method within 5-7 business days of the product being received to be refunded.
Please note that all items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are final sale and non-refundable.
We understand that sometimes a style or colour may not be the right fit — so we’re happy to offer an exchange for another bag of equal or greater value (price difference applies).
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, in original condition and exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Both return and re-shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
